Landible, Inc. (2012–2025)

Led a studio delivering 50+ civic and residential projects. Built a core team of four. Directed budgets up to $2M with results in the ground.

Francisco Park Planting – San Francisco

Shaped native ecosystem slope strategy for the city’s largest new park in a generation. A $2M planting package delivered on time, under budget, and built to handle flooding and instability.

Boeddeker Park – Trust for Public Land

Turned Tenderloin’s central open space into a $9M community anchor. Managed consultant teams, steered CEQA approvals, and secured $4M in new state funding.

Green Streets Program – San Francisco DPW

Ran the City’s first Green Street pilot and six corridors that followed. Coordinated interagency reviews, resolved utility conflicts, and delivered an EPA- and SFPUC-funded $1.6M budget.

City of Tucson Parks

Directed 13 consultant teams to deliver capital improvements in desert conditions. Advanced early nature-based infrastructure in one of the country’s toughest climates.
